The building management here - Catalyst, sucks. It was great before they took over. Takes forever to get responses from them and they do not respond to calls and emails. New management has kind of ruined it for me. Love the location though! :)
Well maintained and managed mid-rise in the heart of Calgary's beltline. Just a few steps from 17 Ave, Sattledome & Downtown!
Lived here for 3 years. Catalyst property took over about 6 months ago and this place has become a disaster. People break in constantly, garage door is hanging on by a limb half the time and recently MICE!!! they don't want to anything it seems. I don't like to negative review but hoping this finally gets to them.
