Allows his maintenance man to come into his renters business and cuss out the employees then take his side and make it about an issue it was not. Who does that. Also agree he fixes nothing and is a slumlord.....
I was looking to lease the space TRC rental property company the broker name was Denis E Claussen he is very rude person he will under estimate you l did called few times I was interested to lease the space he was telling me if you don't have money and your ccs not goiddont either think about it such and such you can not under estimate the people you don't know not sure he is the company owner this guy is not professional and not a business man he is nasty

The worst day of my life was when I bought a condo from Dennis Classen. In addition to lying about every single issue, he built a building that didn't follow building codes and ultimately cost me over $100,000 in special assessments to repair his shoddy construction. Adding insult to injury, Classen refused to pay the majority of his share of the assessments and cost the ownets evmorw in legal fees. He is the most unethical person i have ever met.
