Rich and Chris are the best. Very responsive, always returning my emails and phone calls really fast,, and following up on everything. They always did what they said they would do and did some great homework for me to find candidate homes, compare market pricing, and push all aspects of the deal, closing, etc. Very knowledgeable about all aspects, personable and considerate as well.
