I used Brent Rice for the sale of my mother's home. Not only is he a great real estate agent, very knowledgeable about the industry and great communicator, I felt a great deal of trust in him to help me with decisions that arose during the process. He also helped with issues outside of the real estate realm, (moving and finding a place for a washer/dryer, refrigerator the buyers didn't want) that he certainly didn't have to, but was very willing to help.
