I had a tooth break. A coworker recomended Dr. Ricco. I called and I got in as a new patient same day! All of the staff is wonderful. The office manager Karen has been extremely helpful with scheduling and insurance. My hygienest Jen is so pleasant, knowledgable and reassuring. Dr. Ricco is the best. Though the dental work was difficult he was as gentle as he could be and continually asked how I was doing. I loved the care, attention and concern I got from everyone! Dr RICCO & his Staff are AWESOME. Everyone treats you like you are a guest. They explain everything to you in detail and answer any questions you have. It just makes “going to the dentist “ a pleasurable experience. Thanks to all.
Deleted the original review, that I made before the work was completed. I will not be returning to this office. I asked the DR Lubliner to help me several times. He was annoyed. Left a long message with his receptionist & was ignored. So , I, Had to get another Dentist to help me with the crowns that were too big causing me severe pain. No, I do not recommend this Dr. Dr Ricco, DR Lubliner is in your Massapequa office. You can get my info from the office, I would be happy to speak with you.
