They are all about the money. My insurance paid their share and I paid the balance. Then they charge you again for the same amount your insurance paid. They call this a MATERIAL FEE. At a dentist?? That’s their way of taking the full price from the patient and pocketing the insurance money. TOTAL RIPOFF. I called and spoke to Dr Ricco who owns the practice.
