Brooks (and Steve) were immensely helpful when we told them we might want to sell a few years back. Provided excellent feedback and advice on the current state of the market as related to our property. We held off and then circumstances changed quickly and Brooks was right there every step of the way. Easy to work with, responsive and thorough.
