She is so rude and evil. She gave me an appointment for 2pm two weeks ago. I was there at 1:59 pm. The smell of the place was like a fish market. She was still doing someone else’s hair. Immediately I worked in to her salon, she said she’s booked for the day no greetings. I told her I have an appointment for 2pm but she was still doing someone else’s hair which I understand. Crystal has a lot of talent and she has previously done an amazing job on my hair and others that I have referred to her. My mother and sister needed their hair done because we were attending a wedding out of town. Both appointments were made for 8.26.21 and 2 deposits were paid in the amount of 16.50 each via credit card per Riot Reveur policy. Crystal is the sweetest, the first time I went to her studio I automatically felt so comfortable with her. I was searching for someone to care for my natural hair in between my hairstyles. I started seeing Crystal in January. I went to crystal with damaged hair and she gave me a good trim and my hair has grown a lot.
