Descending property! Corporate decisions are bad here! All claims can be validated! Still on property risking backlash to save some from what could happen to them. *Dog urine spots in your breezeways finally gone after months and complaint. *Unkept lawn area contains poo piles, cobble stone, Trash, sheets of wood, a puddle of water and a hole around a sprinkler head up against metal edging. As of September 2025, I will have resided at this property for approximately 1.5 years. Pros: The maintenance staff—specifically Damian and John—have consistently been responsive, skilled, and courteous. The leasing team is polite; however, their ability to assist often appears limited, either due to internal constraints or lack of initiative. Cushman and Wakefield Property Management took over on October 1, 2024 and have showcased their incompetence, disinterest, and lack of accountability since. The lights at the pool were on for 10 nights straight and they couldn't figure out how to turn them off. Since C&W took over, they haven't been able to add names to the directory/call box out front and they don't seem to think it is their job to maintain facilities. 2 of my 3 maintenance requests needed to be submitted multiple times and the office doesn't think that's t... read more
Amby Davis is rude and unprofessional. Do not trust her or the office staff. They lie a lot and are conniving. Do not move here
I am a tenant of Orchard Club Apartments and have been since 2017. I've had a chance to meet some of the staff of Orchard Club Management, and the one person that sticks out to me is Compliance Manager Danielle. She is the one person that I like to talk to concerning apartment requests, or issues. Her customer services skills are outstanding, and her professionalism always leaves a positive impression. She always is available to assist me and other potential tenants. She's, my favorite. I'm glad that she's here.

Lauren Heike's suspect has been arrested. He was living at the Catherine Townhomes in Scottsdale. With a terrible criminal history, it's concerning that apartment management allowed him to live among us. How can we trust that they won't allow other criminals to live among families?
