My sister lives at Retro Apartments in Phoenix on 32nd St. This morning she had her car towed because they said she was illegally parked. Come to find out, this apartment complex has about 40 cars towed every other month, and the people are parking where they are being told to park. She had to pay for a Lyft, and she had to go all the way to Mesa to get her car. Horrible management. Discriminate against domestic violence victims. Got evicted for disturbing the community due to having to call the police "too many" times when attacked by an ex repeatedly. Refuse to help or answer questions. Refused to accept the order of protection I had as a 'valid copy signed by the judge". That aside, not near enough parking for the number of units, terrible maintenance, awful customer service, rarely, if at all, get in touch with anyone in the office. They are rude and snide. Loco por irme. Desde que cambió de administración esto lo que da es pena. Ruido todo el tiempo, basura por todos lados, y si vives aquí no cuenta porque el estacionamiento es para todo aquel que no vive aquí. Tenían póliza de no mascotas y ahora hay caca de perro hasta en la puerta de entrada y los perros orinando las llantas de los carros.
