A few weeks ago, my body was telling me I was getting old. Actually, I really was getting older as I received a massage present. Louise was my massage therapist and after a session with her and her marvelous touch, I felt ten years younger. It seems I used to have massages every six months and then I stopped. After being with Louise, I plan on every other month! If you have your hair worked on every six weeks and your nails every four, why not a massage every eight? The Retreat is a wonderful place.

I had an awesome experience at The Retreat today. The team is friendly, welcoming and they all do fabulous work. I did a cut, mani, pedi, facial and massage. I would highly recommend. I will going back as soon as possible!
