I have been pretty ill the past 3 months- specialists, procedures, change in diet, etc. The best thing I've done for myself though is to go to The Retreat. Don't think of this place as "just a spa" it is healing center. Nothing like a reflexology massage with Veronique or a stress or muscle relief massage with Bekah to release toxins. Haircut with Sharon made me feel pulled together and a pedicure is always a treat for feet and soul! Love this place and the positive, healing energy it exudes!!

Had a massage at The Retreat. Wasn't quite sure what I thought about it at first - no changing rooms (you change in the massage room). But, WOW! I had the most fabulous massage!! Rebekah is FANTASTIC! I have had lots of massages, and while all have good parts, EVERYTHING about Rebekah's massage was top notch! Strongly recommend her.
