The Retreat was great. I and two other lady's We're treated to a day at the Retreat by Judy C. No hurry to get you out the door. Every one was so friendly and you felt comfortable. Lunch was very. Have to tell all my friends to go there.

I referred my brother to The Retreat to purchase a GC or spa package as a gift. He purchased and unfortunately the recipient is not able to redeem. When I called to have the package transferred to either our Mom or my brother, himself, they told me no it was non-transferable. I just checked the website and this isn't written anywhere. The only thing we were told is that it had to be used within 6mths and even then only the service expired and the amount would be good for product. I'm not sure why this would be an issue. To avoid any confusion or situations such as this, the following statement is printed at the bottom of all of our gift certificates: "Gift Certificates are nonrefundable, nontransferable and expire six months after purchase date." The recipient can always use the gift certificate value for a retail purchase, as well.
I had a full day spa treatment my husband gave me for Christmas. This was one of the best days. I enjoyed every minute being there. Staff is awesome as always . Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to all of you.
