Today is 1-23-20 and I haven't had hot water in 5 days, but this is the normal. The upkeep on these apartments are horrible. The manager Zamida is an unprofessional, rude, uninformed person and have no knowledge of how to manage a apartment complex professionally and properly. The apartments doesn't even follow their own pet policies, they allow all dogs of all sizes but the lease states their is a limit on size. Trash is overflowing out of the dumpsters everyday. These apartments are not ideal for living.
