This people are a scam. they pay people to bring you there and sale you a dream that is not realistic. I bought a land the for almost 2years plus now 85 k now its worth about 5k the offers that I get. they sign you up with a mortgage company to be collecting money every month for a land that is useless and you will never do anything with it or own it neither can you sale it.
My wife Elaine and I would like to give a shout out to Emily, Kaiydance, Kara and manager Cameron at The Retreat. They are so pleasant, and helpful. And kudos to the chef as well last weekend. It's a great culture they have created there. Our best, and our thanks to all of you. Kevin Tulley
