We did an event at the clubhouse. Very spacious and great location for SOFTPLAY set up.
It's a scam. I am paying a maintenance fee of $1200 per year along with property taxes. I am not able to sell the property. Please be aware!! This is a total SCAM. After full 2 hours of tour, the retreat company said our tour was considered incomplete. I and my husband was present for the entirety of the tour with Mr. Eric, from check-in through the two-hour land viewing. Towards the end, my husband felt sick experienced about of nausea, likely due to the winding car ride, and briefly stepped away to get some water.
