The biggest regret of my life right now i wish I check the reviews a year ago when purchase this lot, I wouldn't have done that, its a bundle of scam, even the mortgage company actually belong to them, when I tried to pay more money for my principal I was still charged a fee for doing that. The lot was over priced I was mislead by the person who sold me this lies because she was promised a bonus for every referral. I wish I can get it off my hand.

It's a scam. I am paying a maintenance fee of $1200 per year along with property taxes. I am not able to sell the property. Please be aware!! Update - it has been close to 5 years since the purchase and I am still not able to sell it. They gave me a referral who offered me 10% of the purchase price. This is a SCAM!! Buyer’s beware!!
