This is a total SCAM. After full 2 hours of tour, the retreat company said our tour was considered incomplete. I and my husband was present for the entirety of the tour with Mr. Eric, from check-in through the two-hour land viewing. Towards the end, my husband felt sick experienced about of nausea, likely due to the winding car ride, and briefly stepped away to get some water. They loot your money it’s a SCAM. Hello Everyone, be cautious about this Retreat properties. Never ever buy these properties. For the price what ever you buy never in your life time you can sell for same price to anyone including The Retreat resorts( they never rebuy it). you will be paying a lot of money for cheap lands.
