For the price what ever you buy never in your life time you can sell for same price to anyone including The Retreat resorts( they never rebuy it). you will be paying a lot of money for cheap lands. Concerning the bad reviews here...I feel so bad for the people who have been scammed by the Retreat sales office. I've heard many stories from current homeowners/land owners that the sales people are not being truthful with their sales tactics. We experienced a few problems when we purchased a lot 9 years ago, but eventually we were able to build a home here. It has been a wonderful place to live. This community is very special!
