Beautiful
We visited the Retreat last month. We did see a couple of lots we were very interested in. However, we just could not get past the fact that so many lots have no homes on them, so many are listed online for sale by people who already purchased and never built on them. Something seems off to us. Why aren't people building there? Very few homes considering how long it has existed and how long people have owned lots.
The biggest regret of my life right now i wish I check the reviews a year ago when purchase this lot, I wouldn't have done that, its a bundle of scam, even the mortgage company actually belong to them, when I tried to pay more money for my principal I was still charged a fee for doing that. The lot was over priced I was mislead by the person who sold me this lies because she was promised a bonus for every referral. I wish I can get it off my hand.
We did an event at the clubhouse. Very spacious and great location for SOFTPLAY set up.
