Deleigh gave me an EXCEPTIONAL massage and back scrub! From the moment I walked in, the Retreat was calm, quiet, and relaxing. Also notably super clean, and smelled fantastic (I picked up the room spray on my way out). Deleigh didn't talk too much, but did chat with me when I started gabbing. She was also sure to ask about allergies and any limitations my body might have. I'll certainly be back!
Beware of this spa. I was a loyal client of the retreat for approx six months. I always elected to have a 90 minute massage by Elle, however, there were multiple times my massage was cut 15 minutes short without a word being said and I was charged full price. My massages always started on time , however, when the therapist would tell me we were finished and I got dressed to leave - I realized the time and spoke up about it ……… 3 times !!!!!!!! I’ve gone to The Retreat for a long time. The positives - Ms. Nguyen gives a great facial and I haven’t met a massage therapist there who hasn’t done a great job and the place is small, but clean…However, after a wonderful treatment in February, the front desk attendant asked if I wanted to schedule my next appointment. Early March was my birthday, so I said “Yes! Let’s put the same treatment on the books!” We found a time with the same therapist and off I went. Sabrina did the Lord’s work! Cannot praise her enough for reviving me with a Swedish massage. Front desk staff are also sweet so that’s a huge plus. Can’t wait to go again next month!
I had a 90 minute massage with Sabrina - she was excellent! I would definitely book her again. I also had a facial with Chau - would definitely go back to her again too! My face was so glowy afterwards. I highly recommend Sabrina, Chau, and The Retreat!
