I Love living at the retreat at Woodridge Apartments the community is great and the atmosphere really feels like home Kayla the property manager is especially wonderful. She’s always so patient and helpful and genuinely cares about the reins. It makes a huge difference in knowing management is attentive and supportive. I highly recommend..
Ok, I'm going to start again. My last review was written when I was angry. It's really not a bad place to live. The apartment is functional. The walls are a little thin, but the neighbors aren't bad. Why only 3 stars? Firstly, there's some underlying problem with the water. They are very prompt to fix shower heads and faucets, but the fact remains that sometimes gunk will still slip through. All the fixes are surface level. I have a water filter in my fridge, and my drinking water has been fine using that. Still, minus 1 sta... read more
I just moved into The Retreat at Woodridge and I had a great experience with the leasing office. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient during the whole process. Moving can be stressful, but they made everything smooth and easy and answered all my questions along the way. They were very professional and made me feel welcome from the first time I came in.
