Moving into this apartment complex has been the biggest regret of my life. My door doesn't even latch shit, the balcony was poorly patched and "fixed", there's water damage on the closet ceiling, the guest bedroom has a bolt sticking through the ceiling, the cheaply slapped white paint on everything (they even painting the bathtub and tiles), the ceiling fan shakes badly and looks like it's going to fall, there's paint droplets all over the floor, I've consistently had black or white water, and the best part is they'll even ... read more
Toured cute apartment, filled out app and was approved in 1 day! Kayla is AAAAHHHHHHMAZING - super kind and professional. She patiently walked me through each step - I felt like a had a friend with me. The complex is well kept and clean. Staff is welcoming and makes you feel at home. Pool is sparkly and grounds are beautiful! But truly - the best amenity the place can offer is KAYLA!!! She’s a keeper!!! Thank you KAYLA!!!

This place is awful! I moved in and the place stank of mold and mildew. They have these “inspections” where they come into the apartment and go through your stuff. If you refuse you get fined. The family across the hall are the absolute worst. Constantly fighting, and screaming with each other. The parents are chainsmokers and smoke 24/7 outside my apartment door, causing the apartment to smell like cigarettes. Don’t move here!
