I walked into the office and instead of being a suspect I was treated like a human being I would advise that this is the best place to live. The Management Kayla leasing agent Marquis were like family thank you 😊 ❤ 🙏

I lived at The Retreat at Woodridge for 9 years, and it has been one of the best management teams I’ve ever experienced. Maintenance is always completed on time, and the property manager is friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. It's a wonderful, convenient place to live with shopping centers right nearby.

At first it was fine besides from when i first moved in and the door lock was raggedy and was trying to charge me for them to change it *it’s still messed up have to have the door a certain way to lock it* the patio screen door was poorly fixed so i never dared to open it. the sinks makes a weird noise when u try to turn it on a little bit. Stayed for two years, so here’s my honest review. Management: Service requests are generally taken care of within a reasonable amount of time, except for the refrigerator issue I mentioned below. However, I found the management’s tone to be pretty condescending at times. They’ll get things done, but don’t expect the friendliest interaction. The location is good. You’re in a safe community and everything is close. Insulation and sound-proofing isn’t good. You can hear your neighbor snoring, talking, and walking. So pray that ... read more
