Sharon, our apartment complex manager, just hosted a pool party and BBQ for the residents here. Even though it lightly rained, the food was great and several people did go swimming! It was fun! If you want to live in an apartment complex that has a caring, responsive, and helpful manager, this is the place to live. I haven't lived here, but from the reviews, it seems like they are owned by the same company as the apartment complex my boyfriend and I are at, monarch. Both places have management not listening about their residents' complaints. At ours, I felt threatened when asked if I wanted out of our lease just because we were complaining about noise from our neighbors on the other side of our bedroom wall that can ONLY be heard from INSIDE the building.
