Nice quiet place to call home. Jaclyn in the office is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was transferred to this sister property from Ridge At Chestnut last year after there was a fire in my building. These units aren't as updated as Ridge's. They also do not have as good customer service as Ridge and are not prompt in their responses. In the year I was there, the property manager left, so that gives you an idea of turnover. Upon move out, I was charged for carpet cleaning for "smoke damage" despite never occupying the room they claim had damage to the carpet. They'l... read more
First impressions absolutely love this complex! We spoke with Tanna (I hope I spelled correctly) she is absolutely wonderful, she answered all of our questions, and was very patient, left nothing out, and was just as excited as us to show our hopefully new home. We loved how spacious and open the layouts are plus all the different amenities we are looking for. Beautiful apartment complex, well maintained! Met maintenance man, Aaron while visiting friends. He completed the job quickly & was very professional. Friends say they love living here.
