The postman is friendly ! Property is kept up. The office , gym and pool is clean.
New move-in here ! I love this place!!! The staff is so comforting, understanding, and welcoming. The move in process went by so fast and smoothly. Everything i needed to get done paperwork wise was all electronically done (easier for a girl like myself ). My home was clean , smelled new , and has a nice modern day look to it. I’ve lived here for several months now, and it truly feels like home. The management team is responsive and friendly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds are always well-kept. The community is quiet, safe, and welcoming, which makes it a great place to settle long-term.
If I could give a negative number I would I wish this was I’ve only been living at these apartments since February, and since then my car has been stolen not one BUT TWICE. I pay 1200 for a 1 bedroom apartment that has MOLD. Missing hot water for days at a time, didn’t have any Heat in the middle of winter, my restroom was flooded when I moved in this is ridiculous! If you don’t care about your wellbeing or even your kids you will love it here
