John was a lot of help. Took his time and answered all of my questions. Drove 15 hours to check this area. Close to the beach houses are well built. Residents are happy
Quiet neighborhood. Cute pool area. The trail area constructed for the residents is comprised of landscape bark! Cheaply done. Needs a re do!
