If I could give a high star for maintenance and a 5 star for Sasha and Micha, i definitely would. Lived there for 6+ years and loved it , loved the neighbors and felt safe believe it or not. But as far as the mgr and receiving your security deposit, it would be -1 star. Now, trying to receive your security deposit is another story. Moved out on 4/25/26 for personal reasons. The front office never answers the phone. They don’t cater to their residence at all.
I stayed in Village of Barratt run around 2 years. My experience was good but while moving out it was very bad. Lease office not return my deposit. While asking the refund they have not come up with proper reason on what basis they charged my security amount. All I got nothing ..I am very disappointed...
