My family and I love living here. We personally enjoy everything they have to offer. The front office and the maintenance team are great. The response time for completing work orders is very efficient, we love that! We appreciate all of their hard work. We can’t end this review without one major pat on the back/round of applause to Chris! He goes above and beyond in the maintenance that he handles and he’s very appreciated!
Chris, Kim, Nicole, and all of the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient! They always go above and beyond to assist us - whether it is with a maintenance request or a misplaced package. They all create such a friendly and welcoming community!
I have loved living at Retreat at the Park for the past few years! The maintenance and management teams were always very attentive to needs. Thank you for everything!
I’ve been living at the retreat at the park for about over a year now and I’ve got to say, it’s been a great experience. The front office is kind and respectful and Karen has always been very considerate of the residents here. With that being said, I know that the company has just been recently purchased by another so we will see what happens in the future but so far so good.
