I use to love it here, the staff and maintenance technicians are always on point. The only plight I have is people should be more mindful if they live above you, and you don’t have to slam your door for it to lock. Common etiquette. P.S. Let me add, I have mention the noise level and nothing was done to stop it!!! Some people are just Rude!!!
Had deleted my review but I have to put it back b/c I am not happy here. For 6 months or so there has been a silverfish infestation. 8 more months of my lease term is too aganozing to bear but I must due to not being able to buy out my lease. I have spoken to TJ-the owner on several occasions, the maintenance staff & other staff who have gotten in touch with the exterminator. It is sad but I know the exterminator by name-Wes Tolley. We have been residence of Retreat at the Park Apartment Homes for nearly two years now and we absolutely love it. The neighbors are extremely nice and the staff/management are very professional, nice, and on top of their game. Staff/management is always ready to help you with any of your needs. I would 110% recommend this complex to anyone.
I have been here for a few days now and I must say that I am blown away at how incredible this place is... Everything from the staff to the amenities... This place is worth it !!!! I love it !!!!
I love living here! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm glad I chose this as my home.
