Great service as always
I feel so safe living at the retreat! It’s been such a great experience. It’s so well kept and clean and maintenance does a great job
I have two separate experiences that I would like to share. The administration folks came through for me big time when I was given new flooring because my carpet had gotten so bad over the years. They managed the company who came to lay the flooring and I ended up with a wonderful new look and floor. In the process of that, some of my furniture was damaged by the floor guys, so instead of waiting for them to try and correct the problem, our manager, Alicia, stepped in and took care of the damaged furniture very promptly.
