TL;DR - leaks, mold, odors, trying to impose charges mid-lease, wrongful charges, unprofessional. I’ll add pictures later. I chose these apartments due to the 4+ star reviews. I read a handful, and everything seemed great. We weren’t allowed to tour the unit before signing papers, but we had done the virtual walk-through online and felt good about the size, layout, and general appearance. The office was all smiles. Y stay hasn't been long but i presently have one word. EXCELLENT!!!!
Haven’t been here that long but I’m already loving it. I would like to thank Corey for fixing my dryer and dishwasher in a timely manner . I appreciate it!!! I definitely would recommend living here! Nice and quiet, clean as well.
Lived here almost two years and really love these apartments. Maintenance is great and punctual and everyone in the office is nice. Grounds are clean and I’ve never really had a problem with bad neighbors. Definitely recommend!
Miss LaKesha has been extremely patient with me and without a doubt, she has so much professionalism. She answered ALL of my questions and made me feel welcomed and right at home!! I look forward to moving into my new apartment at The Halston in November!
