I love our property staff!! Nadia and the other young lady in the leasing office are so nice, personable, and seem to really care that we are comfortable in and proud of our living spaces. And Denzel with maintenance.... top tier. Very transparent, timely, and respectful. If he says he's going to get it done, he will get it done!!
Drove down from Huntsville on 2/7/25 to tour this apartment. When I arrived around 1 PM, there was a sign stating they would be back at 1:45 PM and the door was locked. I left, came back, waited until 2 PM and no one ever unlocked the door nor answered the phone when I called multiple times. I even called around 4 PM, still no answer. They do not want business obviously and its not in the best area anyway so would not recommend.
This is a really great community with the perfect staff from office to maintenance. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the community. Great area close to 65 and 459 for an easy commute. I definitely recommend you should live here.
Never had an issue. Great place to live.
