The Retreat at Riverstone is a true Retreat Community. The Office staff Camile is awesone, Very friendly and attend to details of all your needs. The place is in an awesome location where all the shopping are surrounded by. The office Staff and Maintenance people are ver diligent in taking care of any issues and work orders. First review: property had spiders really dirty everywhere husband hated complex Second review: property desperately tried to get us in. Husband and I toured the property again and it was clean and had reasonable rates Husband changed his mind Third review: been here few months and it’s been something. Neighbors are severely loud and inconsiderate and abusive Paper thin walls and floors relentless stomping and furniture moving Dogs being left out barking for hours on end Relentless honking for minutes on end Neighbors screaming for dog to simmer down Trash pick up inconsistent trash left out by dumpster anyway Cig buds everywhere Gym needs upgrade multiple car break ins and theft refusal for actual security Management always seems to do more harm than good out of ego because none of the above has stopped
i love this community ... very clean, quiet and homey. Ms. Camille in the office is Amazing ( quick to reply and on top of her residents).. Surely a pleasant experience with her and just GREAT overall
