Matt has come by our place twice now in the last 6 months and every experience has been excellent with him. He was quick to get our water heater up and going again and quick to get our light back in our Celling! He’s clean and sweet to talk to. We appreciate him!
Old units, and I recently have had issues with plumbing but Matthew from the maintenance crew has been speedy with the repairs and has done a great job!
The apartments are well maintained, in a great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I love it here! Edit to add: I had a maintenance issue that I was very worried about and the whole team made sure to check into everything while I was at work and solved the issue and kept me updated the whole time which was a huge relief, all while they were managing multiple catastrophes from the cold. Cheyenne, Lilly and Matt are wonderful people. :)
Matt's a top notch maintenance guy who knows his stuff. He's super friendly and gets stuff done.
