The property itself has been great to be at! Just one thing, I still haven’t received the $1,000.00 incentive after signing the lease and moving in. We’ve been told that the marketing department was supposed to contact us the day after move in, and they have not. Truth be told, receiving the $1000.00 incentive the day after move in was huge a deciding factor in signing the lease. Hopefully this gets cleared up soon!

charged me $150 for some dust left behind the toilet and a small water streak in the dishwasher. absolutely ridiculous
Awful living Experience: We were overcharged 200–300% on utilities with no breakdown or explanation provided, even after multiple requests. Instead of giving us an invoice, they just pulled the charges straight from our security deposit. On top of that, they charged us $150 for accidentally leaving a small bag of cat food—even though everything else was spotless. The leasing office employees at ReNew are wonderful! I lived there for almost three years and only ever had great interactions with everyone! Maintenance was always friendly and quick to fix our issues and coordinating with me to keep my cat safe when they entered. I was very sad to leave my home at ReNew and will always be grateful for my time there and the wonderful staff!
