My partner and I chose Renew because it was close to the university, and the property management team was very communicative before we signed. That changed completely once we moved in, and especially once I had to terminate my lease early for personal reasons. 2026 update: My family and I have lived here for over six years, and witnessed the property go through several changes during that time. There was a period where ReNew Foothills felt like it was falling apart, the quality of living here tanking. However, thanks to Jonah and Matt, the property has taken a turn for the best! These staff members have worked so hard to restore ReNew to its greatness, truly care about their residents, and have improved the property beyond measure.
