2026 update: My family and I have lived here for over six years, and witnessed the property go through several changes during that time. There was a period where ReNew Foothills felt like it was falling apart, the quality of living here tanking. However, thanks to Jonah and Matt, the property has taken a turn for the best! Nyara is really kind
I truly love this apartment complex! My husband and I have lived here since 2022 and haven’t had any complains. Maintenance requests are immediately responded to and they will do their best to accommodate to what the residents need. The front office is constantly putting on events for the residents to make them feel appreciated. The staff is super friendly and neighbors and area is very ideal and quiet.
