I lived in The Republic for two years, and the day I moved out was the happiest moment of my time there. Honestly, if I could rate this place a zero, I absolutely would. When we arrived, the apartment was filthy. The fridge, dishwasher, and oven were full of food and dog hair. The floors were sticky and black. Six people helped us clean, and it still took two full days and $300 in cleaning supplies before it was livable. The paint job in the place was the worst I have ever seen. They did not clean the walls beforehand, so th... read more

Would not recommended at all. Got assigned a room last fall and when I moved in there was already somebody living in that same room. On top of that the condition of the house was terrible. I didn't have A/C for the first month and a half and the A/C unit they gave me had mold in it. They gave us faulty equipment in the house as well and the washing machine and dryer rarely ever worked. Upon moving out, the complex tried and is still trying to charge me for damages that were made in that room they assigned me and my roomate w... read more

I don’t recommend moving here. i’ve had so many problems at this apartment. i moved in with a friend fall 2024 in a 5 bedroom and we didn’t receive any other roomates. she’s ended up moving out due to her own personal issues and i was stuck in a 5 bedroom alone paying over 300 dollars a month in utilities when i was never home and the lights were always off. pretty sure i was getting charge for the unit connected to us in front. i then got offense to change apartments and i asked to not have to pay to moving fee bc i was alr... read more

My daughter has lived there for 2 years. The carpet was worn and yuck when we moved in which I can understand with student housing. But her and her friends chose this place for the amenities. The pool has been closed most of the 2 years she has been there. They have had it open minimal times, and office isnt open on weekends to ask about it and get some information. Also, several cars have been broken into with windows broken. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend.

Do not live here. I lived here for the past two years. Maintenance is terrible and takes forever to fix things. My trash is constantly left on my porch because they don’t take it consistently. The pool is NEVER open and if it is, it’s filthy. My apartment was also super dirty when I moved in.
