My daughter has lived there for 2 years. The carpet was worn and yuck when we moved in which I can understand with student housing. But her and her friends chose this place for the amenities. The pool has been closed most of the 2 years she has been there. They have had it open minimal times, and office isnt open on weekends to ask about it and get some information. Also, several cars have been broken into with windows broken. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend.
Do not live here. I lived here for the past two years. Maintenance is terrible and takes forever to fix things. My trash is constantly left on my porch because they don’t take it consistently. The pool is NEVER open and if it is, it’s filthy. My apartment was also super dirty when I moved in.
Housing is good depending on the unit you receive. if you have pets, don't sign here. They will threaten to have your pets removed through animal services and charging you $500+ fees, even after having them registered through the complex. Utilities are also out of this world expensive. We lived in a 5 bedroom and paid $600+ a month for utilities in a house that nobody is ever home. Everyone has been so helpful and haven't had any issues. The gym and other amenities are amazing as well.
Our check in went very smoothly and experience was as good as could be expected. Maintenance requests were responded to in a timely manner, but not always fixed (washing machine & ac were biggest requests). I always received responses via email promptly if I had any issues. That was always very much appreciated being that I was so far away. Move out is soon, so fingers crossed that goes as smoothly as the rest of our experience there.
