5 Star property for sure! New maintenance team is super nice and prompt! My work orders have always been completed so fast! Property is clean. Manager is so friendly and helpful!
I lived here back in 2020. If you want management coming in to your house during 1-4 AM be my guest… our house also had black mold growing in the downstairs bathroom that was never rectified as a leak had been caused by the crappy build of the homes. Management sucks and the pool sucks maybe got to use it 2-3 times during the summer. This is due to glass being broken and the republic decides to drain the pool. All around terrible experience. They try to get any money they can out of you regarding “damages”.
Great maintenence, helpful front office employees, and lots of communication by complex about updates if problem occurs.
