Lived here for a few months last year. Couldn’t recommend less. Dog poop everywhere, extremely loud neighbors, I had no AC for over 5 days in the middle of July, and management is poor.
DO NOT LIVE HERE The Republic is a complete nightmare If I could give this place zero stars i would. If you’re even thinking about signing a lease here, save yourself the money, stress, and regret. This place has been the single worst living experience of my life, and management made everything a hundred times worse instead of fixing problems.
