I came to my apartment late last Saturday night and my heating unit was not working. I left a message immediately with Retreat's emergency service and their technician Chris was at my apartment first thing Monday morning to repair the heating unit. Thank you Robin and Chris for taking care of my service issue so quickly.
Robin was very professional and got me into an apartment on my first visit. Very excited to move in on November 1st. Love the atmosphere of everyone in the sales office.
