I can't sing the Praises of tamika's hospitality skills enough. She was so kind and welcoming and open to answering my questions. I was barely in there more than an hour and a half before I decided to go ahead and sign at lease. I know that there's a level of customer service that allows her to be as skilled as she is. Carpet cleaning was done really well.
Why am I paying $200 more for rent than my neighbors who I’ve spoken to, when we all have the same apt, 650 square feet? Can someone explain? Also, if you like mold, you’ll love it here. You can smell the mold in the walls and near water sources. And lastly Robin, the lease manager. Good lord this woman is the most stuck up, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, lying lease manager you will ever meet. As a new resident, had 2 immediate maintenance requests after moving in. BUT! The maintenance crew WAS ON IT! Both a fridge and plumbing problem we're completely fixed in less than 24 hours of requests. APPRECIATED THE QUICK RESPONSE TIME GREATLY! Thanks for the great service!
