I have loved my time at the retreat, the staff have all been so helpful and responsive, they made my time there even better. The retreat is so nice and quiet, yet full of friendly residents and pups. It is beautifully maintained and the location is great, with a park, woods and south slope nearby. Thank you, Paris, and staff so very much!
Very safe community and the residence here are nice and respectful! They have a top-notch leasing & maintenance staff! The complex is well maintained and is literally a 10 minute walk from downtown!!
My parking pass expired on 5/1/2025, on 5/16/25 my car was towed. I pay rent there every month but still the property management felt it was necessary to tow my car because I forgot to renew my pass for $25!! It cost $250 to get it from the tow yard, the property manager scolded me for not being respectful when I called and cursed at her, no apology whatsoever for towing my car and making me 3 hours late for work.
