1602 Laurel Lane: Extremely Poor Kitchen Workmanship, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the kitchen construction done by Tripointe.When I signed the contract, I was assured of a high-quality build, but what I received was far from acceptable. Providing an update. After an issue with the smart faucet that comes as a feature in the kitchen, Tri Pointe's team seems to have successfully and sustainably resolved the issue. Initially the faucet didn't work, and it took several attempts to get it to work normally. I really enjoy all of the other smart features in the home and find them a nice value add. Updating my general review to reflect my overall feeling of being very satisfied after being in the home for 6 months.
