Nice apartments
Beth was very, courteous and professional.
If I could give zero stars I would. First I made an appointment earlier in the week because I drive semi trucks and I only get one day off and this place allowed me to make an appointment for Saturday which is my one day off. I arrive about 30 minutes early but no rush because I’m wait until 3 in the car. Upon arrival I see a lady hurrying to lock the door like she hiding from the law. Worst experience ever!!!!! Took 3 weeks to find out if we qualify, we were jerked around from Ruth to the supposed upper hand, we were treated like we didn't matter and they could care less to rent us a place, no returned phone calls and was pushed off to anyone that could possibly answer our questions which they did not!!! We left them and were qualified with 4 other apartments within 24 hours!!! Please don't waste your time with them!! The could CARE LESS!!!!!!! I have NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ANOUT THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!!
great apartments. wonderful maintenance team. not so great front desk people. they don’t respond to emails. It’s almost impossible to get them on the phone. once you do, they are extremely rude over the smallest things.
