I’m writing this based on my actual experience living here. I lived on the second floor, and the walls are paper thin — you hear everything from your downstairs and upstairs neighbors, no matter what time of day it is. Forget about peace and quiet. Parking is a nightmare. You can rarely find a spot near your building, and on weekends it’s even worse — expect to walk far. And as far of the grounds, they have a big roach problem. If I could give 6 stars, I would. My experience with the head manager, Kim has been nothing but amazing. She’s one of the kindest, most helpful people I’ve met here — always patient, and always willing to help. She’s even helped me with little things that weren’t part of her job, just because she genuinely cares. You can tell she actually likes what she does and takes pride in it. If I could give zero stars, I would. The head manager, Kim, is the absolute worst thing about The Retreat at Conroe. She is rude, fake, and completely unfit to deal with people. The moment you sign your lease, her entire attitude changes—she goes from polite to condescending, dismissive, and downright nasty. Kim doesn’t see tenants as human beings. Great complex, clean, and gorgeous! With an amazing staff that is always friendly and helpful!
The office staff is so sweet! The property is well maintained and the maintenance folks are rockstars.
