I cannot express the great experience I've had loving here. The property is beautiful and always well maintained, the office staff is polite, communicative and diligent. And the Maintenance staff are always friendly and punctual. I would recommend loving here to anyone!!
I have lived here for almost 5 years, and if I didn’t have to move away, I would absolutely renew my lease. The apartment manager ,Kim with the other 2 amazing assistant managers do an incredible job. No matter how great you do your job, there is always someone who is not satisfied, but my personal experience has been excellent. Honestly I lived here for 12 months same thing as a ex resident I can tell you every bad review here is 100% true mainly Kim the manager she is very 2 face she plays nice and welcoming until something needs fix or any tiny issue you report like my ac went bad while my wife was pregnant she didn’t seem to care and left us sleeping like that until a day and a half later she was very rude when turning in the keys she threw a fit which and honestly the retreat apartment homes would be very much better without Kim she makes thing... read more
