Very nice medium size appartment complex, with really nice amenities. The pool area is great, the gym is fresh. The location in Conroe is good, silent with quick access to I-45. Very friendly and helpful staff. Efficient maintenance. There's a little bit of patina on the buildings and in the aprartments, but good value for money.
My family and I have lived here for 2 years. We've absolutely loved our time here! It was hard to leave, but just ready for a house. Kim at the front office is amazing to work with and maintenance was always super quick to respond!
They respond quickly to fixing issues in the apartment. The Retreat is a very lovely place to call home.
Kimberly, Samantha and Makenna made the application/move in process so easy! the units are clean and remodeled (ours was, i cannot speak for every unit obviously) for the price and location, this place is unmatched. it is perfect for two people. they were not running specials compared to their competitors in the area but we still signed at full price and it was all within our budget. the amenities are amazing, resort style pool, washer and dryers in unit included in rent, 24 hour gym! it was everything we were looking for an... read more
This has been the most quiet and well maintained property I’ve ever lived at. I have just completed a years lease, and the only reason I’m moving is to be closer to an ill parent. Otherwise, I would have renewed my lease. Everyone in the office has been friendly and helpful from day one. They’ve help me from one major transition in my life and now another. If you’re looking for something peaceful and still close to the freeway and all amenities, you’ve found it!
