Loudest neighborhood and not a gated community. Gates are never closed unless they are broken! Even if you renew your lease, they will still make you move out your house and into another. If someone owns your house, your lease will be given to them without your knowledge, making it even harder to break the lease because a stranger now owns your contract. Don't live here.
I am Currently out of town and I have a friend dogsitting and they called me to tell me that the key wasnt working. I called maintenance and they told me they would be there in 30. Its been 2 hours and now they’re not responding anymore. This isn’t even the first issue ive had with the retreat but its the straw that broke the camels back. If you’re thinking about moving into the retreat. Just don’t.
Place sucks they don’t fix anything and their locks “run out of battery”
Whatever you do DO NOT RENT at this property. They’ve been saying they are under new management for months and yet no new changes or improvements. They are a money grab. They will charge you a ridiculous move out fee even if the place was in better condition than when you moved in. They literally charged for a bag that was in front of the house knowing trash is left everywhere on the property.They didn’t even have a new toilet seat once I moved in.
