Matthew has always been helpful when I need help retrieving my package and always seems excited to work. Overall great guy

Do not move into these units. The back deck was rotted and had holes which made it unusable and it was never fixed in the year we lived there. Constantly fighting bugs and cockroaches even though they claim to spray. Office is very difficult to work with and regularly not open during posted business hours. Problems with mail pickup and mail getting wet. Utilities are so much more expensive than they should be due to poor construction. So the biggest negative was that the move in was on the sixteenth of the month but they charged a full month rent for that month. Rush for the sororities was the week BEFORE the 16th so I had to spend $1000 on a hotel, then pay the retreat another $1000 for half a month. The real kicker was that they charged a LATE FEE for paying on 16th instead of the first even though we couldn’t move in until the 16th!!!. ( the late fee was adjusted though).
