I can't express how impressed I am with the customer experience I have had in finding my perfect apartment here. I visited the space 3 times and I even changed the apartment once because I was told a better suited one became available for me. The residents are super nice and it's very clean and secure, which is super important to me. I feel very safe and happy here. Thank you for going above and beyond in welcoming me to the Retreat!

I’ve been living at The Retreat at CTM for seven months now, and I wanted to share a little review of my experience. I leased without seeing my particular unit, so I was a little nervous when I first opened the door. I was more than pleased. My unit looked clean, crisply painted, and well-maintained. I love the nine-foot ceilings and track lighting. I had one small maintenance issue on move-in—the bathtub spout needed replacing. The maintenance crew came out immediately and replaced it.
