We have lived here for two years and we loved it here until recently. Our rent has jumped from $1,350.00 (6/2017) to $1,850.00 (7/2018) and if we were to renew, it’s jumping another 6% . Since February: the pool doesn’t work, the hot tub is green/yellow and stinks and the tiles are loose and mortar is falling into the tub, neither tanning bed is working, the yoga screens/computer are broken and we’ve put in a service request for our washing machine back in March ... and still waiting for service. I've never lived in an apartment in my life. All I can say is, it's going to take a lot to get me out of here. The staff is awesome and so are the facilities. My view is great with the sunrise in the morning over the Williston and the Missouri River valley on my front porch and a short walk to see the sunset over the western prairie!!
thay have your car towed with usave towing with no insurance in there business . while cars sit in parking spots with no current tags on them
New management and maintenance men horrible. I can’t believe they go around throwing kids bikes all kids are just trying to have fun.There is never no activity going on for the kids anymore in clubhouse after Jen left the Retreat. Place is looking bad.

RecommendedIt is amazing!! Love the staff club house and we have 3 bedroom apartment. It is gorgeous and so big! Like a house. Everything is awesome and so nice. We love it here
Very nice and relaxing place to live! The clubhouse is awesome and by far the best place I’ve lived in williston!
