DO NOT RENT HERE. To make long story short, here is a bullet point list on my personal experience, as well as other tenants that have expressed concern on local Facebook groups. ANTS all over doesn’t matter how clean you are there will be ants in your apartment resided here for 5 years and every year like clockwork they are back. Completely over it it’s discouraging keeping my place clean and still getting the pests. Maintenance is the only good thing about this place Brian you are a rockstar. Just wanted to take a second to shout out Brian the maintenance man around here. He’s always extremely polite professional and prompt when it comes to getting work done. Single-handedly the best staff they have at this location!
I contacted the Retreat about a one bedroom unit, I asked 4 time for them to give me the exact dollar amount for the rent per month, they just kept repeating the same old taking points rent starts at, I can't believe property management companies get away with lying and deceiving people, how is this not illegal, what have they not been sued for damages, the management at the retreat are rude lying opportunistic thieves, save time money and headaches and avoid the Retreat in Sumner
