Both of my experiences here were great! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and explained step by step what they were going to do.
LOVED my experience!! I came into the retreat for some help polishing and fine tuning my skin. As Miss Baton Rouge I have many events and am in the public eye often. First of all, the spa is BEAUTIFUL, but on top of being pleasing to the eye, the atmosphere is so relaxing and service is incredible!!! Just had one of the best massages I have ever had from Caitlyn!!! I am pretty picky about massages & do not say this lightly. I have a nagging pain in my neck & shoulder and Caitlyn worked tirelessly to relieve the pain. She used different techniques that I have not had done before. She also found other spots that needed attention and worked on them. Thanks Caitlyn for relieving my stress & making my weekend even better!!!
I personally am a massage therapist, so I am quite picky about getting massages. However, I got a massage by Jessica and she was simply amazing! She addressed all my problem areas and made sure everything was perfect for me! I would highly recommend her! Great customer service! Can't wait to go back!
Loved it loved it loved it. So relaxing. I took my Mom there for her Birthday and they treated her like royalty. Great Estheticians and Massage therapists!! Jennifer gave me a great Hot Stone massage and Michelle gave Mom an excellent Deep Tissue massage. They have great hands and her Esthetician, Haley gave her an amazing signature facial and shoulder massage. Lovely place!!
Experienced a fantastic "pumpkin body polish" today by Jennifer. I would recommend to one and all! Relaxing, as well as invigorating. Definitely will be making return appointment.
The retreat is beautiful! The spa services are superb and the customer service is unbeatable. Perfect place for parties! I've never walked away dissatisfied. Ever.
