Helpful staff and nice townhomes. Walkable to campus which is a huge plus
Wouldn’t allow a sublease even though it’s a COLLEGE apartment complex so many college kids need subleases
The internet is extremely inconsistent even with ethernet or fiber optic, which has led to many complications and lost opportunities/grades regarding homework, extracurriculars, and necessary student events. Separately, the house wasn't well cleaned when initially moving in with a large number of spider webs, paint chips, various hairs, and dried grass along the ground and stuck in the carpet. Additionally, when making the home inspection, the people who came in didn't remove their shoes despite there being a note.
Set up a guided tour through the website. When we arrived, the employees (4-5 people) didn't know we had a tour scheduled. And the model apartments were not available to tour. My take away is AI got it wrong and wasted our time.
Stopped by Yugo Easton and had an awesome experience with Holly and the team. Super friendly, professional, and you can tell they really care about creating a great experience for their residents. The property is in great shape and even has some awesome amenities like a golf simulator. Everyone was easy to talk to and great to work with.
