Going for my 3rd check up - love this place and the people!
Rating based on inefficiency just to get through the process to see the doctor. They book too many appointments that the staff can't keep up so it takes too much time to get through those processes that you spend 2 plus hours there, one entire collective hour just waiting for the next step. This could be improved dramatically if patients are top priority.
A well oiled machine! Each person was efficient in the task they were in charge of & very informative.
Like my doctor,staff is very nice. Accounting dept is like Never, Never Land!
