I’m not sure what the issue is but on my mother’s last appointment we were kept waiting over two hours, while people that have come in after us have come and gone. When I questioned this I was told they took people the order they came in. Not true. I can clearly see who has come in after us!
I had a torn retina. Dr Engelbrecht preformed surgery, followed up with visits after, and recently released me. My entire experience was excellent! He explained the procedure and answered my questions. He and his staff were pleasant and helpful. Thank you Dr. Engelbrecht for returning my sight.
