Incredibly engaging staff with an oasis like setting inside of their office- very peaceful and spacious. The Office setting Is like an oasis very peaceful and spacious. The entire visit was a pleasure. I would recommend this office as one of the stellar retina clinics in the DC area.
Exceptional customer service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had to come in immediately to be seen and they were able to help me right away. Dr. Wang is excellent! He explained my case well and made me feel at ease.
I called repeatedly to get my medical records and no one will help. I have a serious eye issue and am getting no assistance.
Prompt service and no waiting!! Very welcoming staff and doctor.
