Unless you want to waste hours of your time waiting, do not go here. I have walked out of my appointment time twice as a patient here for the colossally long wait when I had a 7:45am appointment. It’s absolutely ridiculous the disregard they have for waiting rooms full of patients who got up early to be on time for appointments. I cannot recommend this practice.
Dr.Xu and all of the ladies that work in this office are amazing. So friendly and patient.
The Retina Group of Washington (Columbia) did a fantastic job from the initial scheduling phone call to the care/treatment I received from the staff. I called on a Friday afternoon and they scheduled me for Monday. Every staff member from the receptionist, to the doctor (Dr. Reid) were friendly and carried themselves with great professionalism. The wait for my initial eye exam took ~45 minutes, but from there, the rest of the appointment was fast and flowed quickly with no extra waiting around. Dr. Reid explains things well ... read more
