The Retina Group of Washington (Columbia) did a fantastic job from the initial scheduling phone call to the care/treatment I received from the staff. I called on a Friday afternoon and they scheduled me for Monday. Every staff member from the receptionist, to the doctor (Dr. Reid) were friendly and carried themselves with great professionalism. The wait for my initial eye exam took ~45 minutes, but from there, the rest of the appointment was fast and flowed quickly with no extra waiting around. Dr. Reid explains things well ... read more

Dr. Reid is the finest doctor that has treated me no matter the realm. She combines professionalism with superb interpersonal relations. She effectively communicates the diagnosis into relatable terms. I trust Dr. Reid.
