Terrible over-the-phone customer service from receptionist
We recently brought my mom to see Dr. Imran Khatri at The Retina Group of Washington, and we’re incredibly grateful for the care she received. We came in for an evaluation, and Dr. Khatri was able to catch and address eye issues that required timely care. His thoroughness and clear communication helped us feel informed and confident about the next steps. As a person that works in healthcare quality and patient safety I am beyond impressed with this group. At my husband's appointment today they verified his identity at each step in the multi-step process of his appointment. It is obvious that patient safety process are hardwired with the staff!! The staff was awesome from check-in to checkout and all the steps in between. And I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Osman! He is the best!
First, Dr. Dal Chun is a great physician. So this review doesn't reflect him at all. I feel this practice does not care about anyone's time except their own. If you don't get the first appointment, you should be ready to spend 2+ hours. If you get the first appointment of the day, you're still there for an hour +. Why do you have an appointment time when you're not going to see a physician way later than your appointment time? The management has serious issues of scheduling. Dr barazi is excellent, but every time i go there my appointments take at least 2 hrs, these long waits are inconsiderate and disrespectful to the patients, i am a health care provider and i never keep my patients waiting more than 5 minutes. Last year i was in the waiting room for so long( 2.5 hr) so i got up and left. I have decided to leave the practice due to long wait times.
