As a person that works in healthcare quality and patient safety I am beyond impressed with this group. At my husband's appointment today they verified his identity at each step in the multi-step process of his appointment. It is obvious that patient safety process are hardwired with the staff!! The staff was awesome from check-in to checkout and all the steps in between. And I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Osman! He is the best!
