Dr. Reid did my retina detachment surgery on my right eye in June 2023 professional and knowledgeable doctor I'm a recurring patient cause of my retina issues great front desk awesome technicians
I have been bringing my elderly mom here monthly for the past 9 months and have never been disappointed. The front desk staff are wonderful, helpful and empatic towards our issues. The doctor assistants are also always respectful and very professional. Then we see Dr. Hooten who is kind, amazing and a very good doctor always with a smile and good care for my mom. I'm so blessed to find this place. Thanks for every single person who works there! See you next month!
We always enjoy our visit to Dr. Reid. Her assistant Matthew did a great job even though he was fairly new to the practice. He was kind and professional. Thanks to both of you!
Well the office remodeling is finished. They can take in more patients than ever before. The waiting times are also longer now which is not good if you're the patient. Still only two doctors at this location that I'm aware of. The doctor seemed quite Rushed during our visit time which just sort of rubs me in a bad way. I realize that the doctor has other patients to see but I'm a patient also. You will wait in line (or) while sitting a total of 5 times to complete your visit here! So glad I chose Dr. Weichel and the Retina Group of Washington! He provided a thorough explanation of everything we discussed, and immediately sent my results to my other doctors. Phenomenal bedside manner, and extremely pleasant support staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
