I like Dr. Dinh. He is attentive and kind. The 3-stars is due to the inefficiency of the front desk check-in staff in Annapolis. I completed all the paperwork online. I arrived 10 minutes before my 9:45 appointment. The front desk didn't even acknowledge my presence for nearly 45 minutes, and then only to confirm that I was there and had already completed my paperwork. I will never go back. I learned of my wet macular degeneration and was told of injections, going blind etc in one eye by first doctor. No easing into it. Second doctor hurt me terribly and then said to my husband, “yeah I hurt her big time” while I was sitting right there! And the third doctor I saw said “you just had the left eye injected two weeks ago so cannot do that eye. I have been bringing my elderly mom here monthly for the past 9 months and have never been disappointed. The front desk staff are wonderful, helpful and empatic towards our issues. The doctor assistants are also always respectful and very professional. Then we see Dr. Hooten who is kind, amazing and a very good doctor always with a smile and good care for my mom. I'm so blessed to find this place. Thanks for every single person who works there! See you next month!
