Been there twice checking eye floaters, Dr Sabbagh and personal was very friendly explaining clearly the cause and possible complications, solutions and treatments options.
I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 1:00 appointment, as directed, but ended up waiting for 45 minutes before finally giving up. I understand that delays can happen, but this was excessive. It's frustrating to feel like my time isn't valued. I hope the clinic will consider ways to improve their scheduling practices to avoid such long wait times in the future.
I am patient here and my doctor is amazing and the staff is very friendly. However, the waiting time is ridiculous long, and this office is consistently and intentionally overbooked. The average wait time is about 2 hours and this is not fair to the patients. For working professionals like myself it is very challenging and not acceptable. The management needs to do something to fix this and respect the time of their patients.
I have been coming to this practice for about a year plus and I really appreciate their service. Shout out today for my Tech Rachel and Dr Osama for their professionalism and great care.
