few years back, I came to this clinic after a routine eye exam for distance eyeglasses only to be told by DR. Jordana that I have some retinal detachments in both eyes and she did whatever clinical corrections she could. Later on, another DR. I WAS SCARED TO DEATH BUT DR BELVINGER ASSURED ME I WOULDN'T FEEL A THING N I DIDN'T...HE'S AWESOME
Sadly my doctor was unable to restore my vision despite pre-surgery assurances that my vision would improve. When I told the doctor that my vision was awful, no answer was forthcoming. To add insult to injury, for months I have been finding that I and my insurers are being billed for mythical visits. No matter how many times that I call and leave messages for the billing department, no one ever returns my call. Yet they continue to bill me for visits that I never made.
I want to start by saying that Dr. Sabbagh is an excellent doctor — knowledgeable, kind, and truly helpful. I’ve had a very positive experience with him during my visits. Unfortunately, the front desk service at the Manassas office does not reflect the same level of professionalism. During my recent visit, I was greeted by a front desk staff member named Dana. Every time I go here, I have to expect to wait 40-50 minutes past my appointment time. My son had retinal surgery last Thursday, and I sent the prescription to the pharmacy on Friday, but it's been three days and I still haven't received the eye drops he needs to use four times a day. I called this morning at opening time, and they said it's been four hours and the prescription still hasn't arrived. It's the worst.
