I want to start by saying that Dr. Sabbagh is an excellent doctor — knowledgeable, kind, and truly helpful. I’ve had a very positive experience with him during my visits. Unfortunately, the front desk service at the Manassas office does not reflect the same level of professionalism. During my recent visit, I was greeted by a front desk staff member named Dana. Every time I go here, I have to expect to wait 40-50 minutes past my appointment time. My son had retinal surgery last Thursday, and I sent the prescription to the pharmacy on Friday, but it's been three days and I still haven't received the eye drops he needs to use four times a day. I called this morning at opening time, and they said it's been four hours and the prescription still hasn't arrived. It's the worst.
This is not to speak for the doctor as I have not met him and see good reviews for him. But the customer service is not great. Can’t they just give available times?
Been there twice checking eye floaters, Dr Sabbagh and personal was very friendly explaining clearly the cause and possible complications, solutions and treatments options.
