Great doctor and support staff at the Manassas office, but the African American lady, Donna, at the front desk is extremely condescending and rude. It's a shame that the first interaction with the office has to be so negative. My daughter almost walked out. We remember the same lady from a year ago… She was also rude then. Expect a two hour visit.
These people have no respect for people’s time. My appointment today was at 10:00. Place was pretty busy …They dilated my pupils as soon as I got there but then they sat me on the waiting room for an hour and 45 minutes. By then it was just an older gentleman and myself waiting , Staff were just talking and having lunch while we sat there Finally I got up and told the lady at front desk why wouldn’t they schedule appointments for a later hour out of courtesy for the patients so they wouldn’t have to wait 2 hrs. This visit was very prompt. All of the technicians are very professional and friendly. Dr. Byrnes is the best physician. he always takes the time to review findings of the day and explain disease progression and treatment.
