Positive: Doctor Katira was personable and nice Negative: Took 2 hour and 45 min from check-in to see the doctor. No communication whatsoever and you just wait from one area(initial tests) to another. Didn’t feel like a healthcare facility, felt like I was waiting at DMV. My eye doctor referred me to this place and would not recommend this place to my friends/family. Your time is too valuable.

I was treated very poorly by the woman at the front desk and the office manager. Jose, John and Bryson are awesome. They have imaging that other retina specialists in the area do not, and I highly recommend Dr. Katira in particular. The on-call physicians I have spoken with have been great at explaining things to me. Dr. Chen was not as great at explaining anything, and the laser surgery she did was so painful that I wanted her to just kill me when she was only a quarter of the way through. I have a high threshold for pain.
