Great experience today at The Retina Group of Washington. Very smooth experience from scheduling the appt to the end. Staff i found very nice and my tech was so wonderful. He eased me through any concerns throughout all of the imaging. Be sure to be prepared for the dilation, as your vision will be impacted for a few hours. Dr. Katira was super kind, very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly so that I could understand. She also provided a great pamphlet to take home and read up on it. Dr.Rachel Chen is wonderful and highly skilled.
As always, I found the doctors and staff to be courteous and professional. They ensure that the patient understands what procedures will be performed and provide through answers to all questions. I am totally satisfied with the care I received and recommend them, especially Dr. Chen, unequivocally.
