Dr Lee is great and always has been. In recent years, RGW has gotten horrible with wait times. Don’t expect to get out of the office for at least 2-3 hours after your appointment time. I love seeing Dr Lee and he’s a great physician, but the wait times here are getting worse year after year and I don’t see it getting better any time soon. There’s no good reason why everybody who comes in should wait for so long, and it’s a consistent issue not just a one time deal.

Our appointment was at 2 we're still sitting here at 330. They are terrible with appointments. They need to set appointments when they are actually going to see you. A waste of my time.
I can’t say enough! Dr. Bavinger performed surgery on my left eye due to a retina detachment. He was able to put me at ease and explained the process, pros and cons of my surgery. The staff is highly professional and friendly. Thank you all and much blessings! Keep up the amazing work!❤️
My mother and I both use RGW for our eye care. The doctors and staff have been great. They take good care of us. The only thing to know before you go is the place feels a bit like a production line because there are a lot of patients in the waiting room, but they move folks through efficiently.
