Really friendly and helpful staff.
I'm still suffering the repercussions of seeking treatment at The Retina Group almost 6 months later. My eyecare was mismanaged here, and I'm still having to schedule monthly appointments at various other ophthalmologists and optometrists just to manage the effects of the poor and ill-advised treatment I received by Dr. Byun at The Retina Group. I regret ever stepping foot into their office, and I wish I could have back every dollar wasted on my office visits there.

Kind and caring office!
Bad reviews are from Karens. The clinic has a huge clientelle and only a couple of doctors. The nurses and techs running the tests and scans have to funnel people through a multi-step process to give those doctors the info they need to treat patients. Yes, that means you'll be sitting for a while. Don't be a Karen.
