My mother left crying. She was going through paperwork to sign for her procedure and a young lady named Riley says “we are on a time crunch” with hand gestures that came off aggressive. First of all my mother paid to be here. Second, if she’s there for her eyes what makes her think that she’s going to be able to read through the paperwork quickly. The doctor and other staff was amazing. It’s just sad that one employee can make the rest business look bad.
This place is terrible. Took over 30 minutes just standing in line for check in. The front staff just blamed the patients for their problems. Staff didn’t care they are the problem. Fix your process don’t blame these old people. Take ownership. Also we had to wear a mask on 2026…. Who is still doing this? Don’t come here

The reception staff was also very accommodating — I was referred by another ophtha... read more
Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and condescending behavior of the front desk staff. I received a random call telling me to come in immediately for a “horse shoe tear surgery,” without explaining what the procedure was, how long it would take, or what the implications were. When I said that coming in on such short notice would mean missing work and having my 3-year-old waiting in the car, their response was simply, “Just bring him in.” This is a small, compact clinic clearly not a safe or reasonable suggestion.... read more
Was a patient for about 10 years and when I had my first major bleed and went blind Dr Kuhl was very unprofessional and rude refused to see me at the ER. My wife had to beg him to see me. I felt it was very unprofessional and disappointing after being a loyal patient. That being said, it was always hard to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and most of the time they are very rude about taking payments. If you have bad retina or eye problems, I would recomend going to Houston. Which is what I have since done an... read more
