The doctor and the staff are excellent. everything is , explain to you in a way that you can understand and they answer any questions without rushingyou.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice comfortable office Dr Polk is great
Dr Polk always takes the time to answer questions and explain. Also, Abigail (eye exam tech) was great! Best experience I’ve had in that capacity in a while. Would like to see her at the Aberdeen office more often! Definitely beats the usual tech who is typically rude and impatient.
Front desk personnel are friendly, courteous, and efficient. Retina eye technicians are excellent at in-taking questions and prepping for out patient procedure. Dr. Polk is very knowledgeable, fluently describes procedure /results, and is open to all questions which were answered.
