Just wanted to say thank you!! To you and your staff, a big thank you to Dr Heather Tamez for taking care of my eye issues, you and your staff are awesome
I really feel sorry for Dr. Tamez and the ridiculous amount of patients that are left sitting for 2 hours or more because it sure seems that the scheduling books more than Dr. Tamez can see in such a short amount of time. I walked out of there twice because of the crazy waiting time. Tha last time I was there a man was sitting in the waiting room and heard me tell them at the desk that I would not stay more than 1 hour, since I walked out 2 weeks before. Pleasant staff. Clean environment. I need an eye injection every 7 weeks, so for me, I never look forward to the visit for obvious reasons.
Although there were many patients, waiting time at each step of the process was very short. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr Polk is always amazing, he makes you feel so comfortable and important.
